So you want to learn the work! We'd love to have you join us!
The first step in becoming an ERT Practitioner is attending a workshop. A lot of people express interest in this modality. The truth is that it's not easy, and it's not for everyone. It can absolutely work for everyone, but we're all different, so it's not everyone's path. A workshop allows you to dig in and do some of your work work, while feeling out the modality. You'll learn a few basic points in the workshop and you'll work on and with your partner(s). From there, you'll have a much better sense of whether or not this work is something you'd really like to pursue.
We form a cohort of up to 10 students to learn the level 1 points and process. Everyone will commit to staying for the duration of the training, which is set up to happen over the course of about a year – usually a little longer. We break it down into 6, 4-5 day in person modules, and 2 virtual Inner Child intensives. Collectively the group decides the dates so that we can accommodate everyone's schedules and needs, as some people travel quite a distance in order to attend. To finish, you must complete 25 practicum sessions. The school is in person. This is body work, and while we can cover some ground virtually, it's important to get experience with hands on bodies and in person experience.
If you're serious about joining us, contact Pat to let her know of your interest. Once you've completed your workshop and we have a start date, a letter of intent, along with a $600 deposit, is required to hold your space.
